Where to send requests
Lawful requests and preservation requests should be sent to [email protected]. Abuse reports can be sent to [email protected], and security vulnerability reports should be sent to [email protected].

Law Enforcement Requests
TemporaSMS reviews lawful requests, preservation requests, and credible abuse reports through documented channels. We do not accept informal requests for private user data.
What to include
Include the phone number, service or platform affected, timestamp with timezone, account/order/reference ID if known, reporter contact details, and the legal basis for the request. Unsupported reports may require additional evidence before action is taken.
TemporaSMS may suspend accounts, block numbers, preserve relevant logs, or cooperate with valid lawful requests. For non-legal support, use the contact page.
